Original set (1998~2006)

The Diamondbacks original uniforms unveiled in 1995. The colors were wild and the entire set was a wild splash for an expansion team trying to find their footing in the baseball world. This style of uniform would be used until 2006, with minor changes.

The team’s alternate black uniform changed before the inaugural season. Instead of a full wordmark, the team used the primary logo on the chest. Link to image source.
Minor updates (2001-2006)

In 2001, several updates were made to the Diamondbacks uniforms. The home look saw the logo take the place of the wordmark, the road became a vested look, and the black alternate uniform swapped the logo for the wordmark. The changes came just in time for Arizona to win the title. Graphics credit belongs to Sportslogos.net.
First Sedona Red set (2007-2015)

In 2007, the Arizona Diamondbacks unveiled a new set featuring new designs and new colors that matched the Arizona Coyotes and Arizona Cardinals. New wordmarks and an updated logo adorned the new set. During this era, it was not uncommon to see throwback team uniforms during Thursday home games, especially starting in the early 2010’s. This graphic from Fox Sports shows the uniforms worn on the field in 2014. Once again, graphic credit to Sportslogos.net.
2016 Rebrand (2016-2020)

The Diamondbacks unveiled new uniforms in 2016, hailing them as the “evolution” of their look. Teal returns as an accent color, and gradient shoulder stripes appeared and imitated a snakeskin pattern. As well, some side and back patterns was added to the uniforms and pants, best seen here. The pants pattern was ditched after a year. Thursday throwbacks remained in the team’s rotation. As well, the team upgraded their “Los D-Backs” uniform beyond just a promotional set.
2020 revisions (2020-2024)

The Diamondbacks made some minor changes to their look in 2020. These changes removed the gradient pattern, updated the “Los D-Backs” look, and overall streamlined their look. The teal accents took a lesser role, and throwbacks looks were officially removed from the set, though they could still be worn for “anniversaries and celebrations.”
2024 redesign (2024-pres)

The Diamondbacks refreshed their look headed into 2024, changing up their design to feature elements from the past and the present together. The core colors of red, black and white are all still present, but teal trim once again takes a larger role in the set while the sand color takes a backseat in the main set.

The 1999 league wide promotion struck the Diamondbacks with a bizarre uniform.

The first batch of Players Weekend uniforms featured a black base with red sleeves and a simple wordmark on the front. The most notable detail was the nicknames on the back of the jersey.

The MLB decided Players Weekend jerseys had to be all black or all white depending on the team in 2019. Arizona was designated as a black team.
Wrigley Field 100th Anniversary (2014)

On the 100th anniversary of Wrigley Field’s first game, the Diamondbacks wore uniforms of the Kansas City Packers, the first ever away team in Wrigley.
Italian Heritage (2012)

Worn for a single game in 2012. They wore the red cap and away pants during this game from what I was able to track down.
