First up is head coach Rico Brown of the Wenatchee Valley Skyhawks. The Skyhawks found themselves in the AWFC Championship game losing to the Undefeated Tri-City Rush in Brown’s first season ever as head coach. He originally had joined the team as the Director of Personnel but quickly had to assume other roles due to a coach resigning.
