Welcome back NFL Fans! Week 17 of the 2022 season is behind us, and it’s time to calculate the NFL Predictions for Week 18. @TheBrysh Power Rankings (PR’s) are calculated using a proprietary algorithm, @TheBrysh Power Rankings are also used to calculate weekly predictions. Week 17 predictions for @TheBrysh were 12/15, for a season total of 153/253 or 60% on straight up wins. As the weeks progress, the numbers get dialed in and the predictions become even more accurate. Point spreads are courtesy of wannamakeabet.com and are accurate at the time of writing.
NFL WEEK 17: RECAP

SATURDAY GAMES
Kansas City Chiefs(-9) @ Las Vegas Raiders The Raiders are better than their record, but they are still OVERRATED! Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes leads the NFL with 5,048 passing yards and 44TD’s. The Raiders may keep this one close, take the Chiefs 32-31.
Tennessee Titans @ Jacksonville Jaguars(-6) These teams met up in week 14 with Jacksonville taking an easy 36-22 win. The Titans have been bottom feeders while the Jags have improved all season, go with a blowout win for the Jags 40-21.

EARLY SUNDAY GAMES
Cleveland Browns @ Pittsburgh Steelers(-2.5) Cleveland’s offense is finally starting to show signs of life, but the Steelers should be able to weather it. With Playoff hopes in sight, @TheBrysh predicts a 27-25 win for the Steelers.
Baltimore Ravens @ Cincinnati Bengals(-9.5) Bengals HC will probably be resting a few key players this week, but their roster strength is up to the test. The Ravens on the road won’t cover the spread, the Bengals will win it 34-23.
Minnesota Vikings(-6) @ Chicago Bears The Bears will clinch the No. 1 pick of the 2023 draft with a loss in week 18. Minnesota will dominate the first half of this game, then cruise to an easy win 26-19 over the Bears.
New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills(-7) Look for the Patriots offense to stall, the last game against the Bills they were 3/12 on 3rd down conversions. Buffalo will have no problem taking a win this week, look for a 27-17 victory.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Atlanta Falcons(-4.5) The Atlanta Falcons are favorites this week, probably due to Bucc’s starters being benched. Even with a backup squad Tampa should edge out the Falcons, UPSET Bucc’s 25-24.
Carolina Panthers @ New Orleans Saints(-3) Carolina has shown improvements, but are haunted by inconsistent play and untimely injuries. New Orleans looked confident last week vs the Eagles and should march to a 29-23 win.
Houston Texans @ Indianapolis Colts(-2.5) If @TheBrysh was to suggest a game that you can afford to miss this week, look no further. The Colts are favored, but neither team has much to brag about, take an UPSET Texans 19-14.
NY Jets @ Miami Dolphins(-3) Dolphins QB’s Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater are unlikely to play, leaving Skylar Thompson to start. Will the Jets capitalize on this weakness? I would still go with the Dolphins 33-27.

LATE SUNDAY GAMES
Arizona Cardinals @ San Francisco 49ers(-14) San Francisco will definitely boost their performance this week with a No. 1 seed in sight. The Cardinals are a battered team that will be blown out 36-16 by the 49ers.
Dallas Cowboys(-7) @ Washington Commanders Dallas RB Ezekiel Elliot will be carrying the weight this week, especially in the second half. The Commanders will make a game of it, but the Cowboys will win 32-22.
LA Rams @ Seattle Seahawks(-5.5) If the LA Rams were the disappointment of the 2022 season, the Seahawks were a pleasant surprise. With a possible playoff berth, look for Seattle to take a 28-18 win over the Rams.
LA Chargers @ Denver Broncos(-3) Denver doesn’t have much to celebrate about this season, but does have an opportunity to play the “spoiler”. The Chargers are the better team and play well on the road, UPSET Chargers 31-23.
NY Giants @ Philadelphia Eagles(-14.5) The Eagles have a chance to lock up the No. 1 seed, but QB Jalen Hurts is still questionable. @TheBrysh predicts conservatively with an Eagles win 34-24, short of the 14.5 point spread.

SUNDAY NIGHT GAME
Detroit Lions @ Green Bay Packers(-5) Two 8-8 teams meet up Sunday night, both teams are coming back from horrendous starts to the season. Apparently the Lions are motivated by some smack talk from the Packers, but I will still take Green Bay to win 37-32.
