NFL WEEK 9: RECAP

THURSDAY NIGHT GAME
Atlanta Falcons(-3) @ Carolina Panthers These teams just met 2 weeks ago with the Falcons coming out on top in OT. This week Atlanta’s run game will top 200 yards and control the clock against the Panthers to take a close victory 27-26.

EARLY SUNDAY GAMES
Seattle Seahawks vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers(-2.5) The ‘Hawks and the Bucc’s meet up this week in Germany, no home field advantages. The Seahawks defense has been menacing as of late and will take Tampa QB Tom Brady off his game. @TheBrysh picks an UPSET, Seattle wins it 23-22.
Minnesota Vikings @ Buffalo Bills(-6) The Bills are coming back from a humiliating loss against the Jets. The Vikings are on a roll this season, but they won’t have an answer for Buffalo’s passing game. I’m going with the Buffalo Bills by a wide margin 37-23.
Detroit Lions @ Chicago Bears(-2.5) Da Bears have been on an offensive high, scoring almost 32 points per game. Detroit can score some points but their defense won’t keep them in this game, look for the Bears to pull off the win 30-22.
Denver Broncos @ Tennessee Titans(-3) Titans RB Derrick Henry has been rushing for over 100 yards in his last 5 games, and this week will be his 6th. Denver will be going up against a Tennessee defense that is gulping down interceptions and QB Sacks. @TheBrysh feels confident with a Titans 24-17 victory.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Kansas City Chiefs(-9.5) The Jag’s are riding high after a big, come-from-behind win over the Raiders. Unfortunately for Jacksonville, Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes just had a 446 yard passing performance against the Titans. Look for the Chiefs aerial assault to dominate 40-24.
Cleveland Browns @ Miami Dolphins(-4) Miami’s star QB Tua Tagovailoa has been at the top of his game lately, but look for the Browns to shut him down. Cleveland’s defense has been inconsistent, but look for DE Myles Garret and crew to put some heat on Tagovailoa. @TheBrysh predicts an UPSET, Browns 23-22.
Houston Texans @ NY Giants(-6.5) Being the worst team in the AFC does have it’s benefits, the Texans always get good point spreads! The Giants are coming off a bye, look for stars QB Daniel Jones and RB Saquon Barkley to light up a weak Houston defense 30-23.
New Orleans Saints(-2.5) @ Pittsburgh Steelers The Steelers are one of the lowest scoring teams in the NFL, averaging 15 points per game. The Saints aren’t much better, but do show promise in the run game. This will not be the most exciting game, @TheBrysh calls it for the Saints 21-19.

LATE SUNDAY GAMES
Indianapolis Colts @ Las Vegas Raiders(-6.5) Since week 1, @TheBrysh has been stating that the Raiders are vastly OVERRATED! This week, Vegas hosts the Colts in what should be a sloppy duel between 2 teams that are a real disappointment. By default, I’ll go with a 26-23 Raiders win.
Dallas Cowboys(-5) @ Green Bay Packers A packed Lambeau Field will be urging their Packers in hopes of breaking a 5 game losing streak. The Dallas Cowboys are still 1st in the NFC PRS’s, and should make easy work of the Pack 30-21.
Arizona Cardinals @ LA Rams(-3) Both of these teams have been underperforming, and both are looking to break a losing streak. Earlier in the season, the Rams beat the Card’s 20-12, this week should be a similar finish. This should be a close one, but give the edge to the Rams 21-20.
LA Chargers @ San Francisco 49’ers(-7) The Chargers’ offense is riddled with injuries, not a great position to be in against a defense like the 49’ers. San Fran is fresh and coming off a bye week, they may give up some points to LA but they’ll win it comfortably, 35-26.

MONDAY NIGHT GAME
Washington Commanders @ Philadelphia Eagles(-11) This is sure to be the big blowout of the week, Philly HAS to lose at some point but it won’t be against Washington. Eagles QB Jalen Hurts will definitely bring the hurt when he lights up the Commanders with 5 TD’s and a 38-23 win.
