Welcome back NFL Fans! Week 13 of the 2022 season is behind us, and it’s time to calculate the NFL Predictions for Week 14. @TheBrysh Power Rankings (PR’s) are calculated using a proprietary algorithm, @TheBrysh Power Rankings are also used to calculate weekly predictions. Week 13 predictions for @TheBrysh were 12/14, for a season total of 114/193 or 59% on straight up wins. As the weeks progress, the numbers get dialled in and the predictions become even more accurate. Point spreads are courtesy of wannamakeabet.com and are accurate at the time of writing.

NFL WEEK 13: RECAP

THURSDAY NIGHT GAME

Las Vegas Raiders(-6) @ LA Rams As overrated as the Raiders are, I am sticking with them for the 3rd week in a row. The LA Rams will cover the point spread this week, their pass rush led by LB Bobby Wagner will keep the Vegas passing game on it’s heels. That said, the Raiders should still win 27-24.

EARLY SUNDAY GAMES

NY Jets @ Buffalo Bills(-9) The Jets snuffed out Buffalo’s offense in week 9, but this week their luck runs out. The Bills are coming off of an easy win last week against the Patriots, plus an extra 3 days rest. The Jets will definitely come to play, but the Bills will be victorious 39-30.

Cleveland Browns @ Cincinnati Bengals(-6) Browns QB Deshaun Watson’s return was less than impressive, but he did deliver a win for his team. This week they are taking on the defending AFC Champion Bengals, a far cry more dangerous than the Texans. I’ll take the Bengals 30-23.

Minnesota Vikings @ Detroit Lions(-1) The Detroit Lions are a solid defensive team, but are vastly overrated and lack depth on offense. As flawed as the Vikings have appeared at times, they are still 10-2, and that doesn’t happen by accident. This will be a close call, but @TheBrysh is predicting an UPSET, Vikings 35-34.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Tennessee Titans(-3.5) Jacksonville is desperate for a win to try to catch Tennessee for a playoff berth. The Titans are still in control of the AFC South and look to build on that. Barring a stellar performance by Jag’s QB Trevor Lawrence, go with the Titans in a 29-24 win.

Philadelphia Eagles(-7) @ NY Giants The Eagles have been a perfect 5-0 on the road this season, and look to continue that in New York. Giants RB Saquon Barkley may have some success at MetLife this weekend, but the result is inevitable. The Eagles will win comfortably 31-25.

Baltimore Ravens @ Pittsburgh Steelers(-1) I can’t believe the Pittsburgh Steelers are favoured over the Baltimore Ravens, even with home field advantage. The Ravens may have lost 4 games straight, but they are PLAYING THE STEELERS! I’m going with an UPSET, Ravens 28-27.

Houston Texans @ Dallas Cowboys(-17) This appears to be the most lop-sided matchup of the season, the oddsmakers give 17 points on the spread! The Texans offense is terrible, while the Cowboys scored 33 points in a single quarter. This is going to be a blowout, take the Cowboys 42-16.

LATE SUNDAY GAMES

Miami Dolphins(-3) @ LA Chargers This game promises to be an exciting shootout, look for close to 60 points on the over/under. The big question for many, is Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa going to be 100% ? The Chargers offense should take advantage of the Dolphins defence to pull off an UPSET, Chargers 29-28

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ San Francisco 49ers(3.5) Tampa Bay and QB Tom Brady pulled out a miracle 4th quarter win last week, but that wasn’t against the 49ers defence. San Fran’s defense led by DE Nick Bosa should be able to keep the Bucc’s at bay, and coast to an easy 32-22 victory.

Carolina Panthers @ Seattle Seahawks(-3.5) Usually coming off of a bye week would be seen as an advantage, but in this case I don’t think the Panthers will be ready for the ‘Hawks. Carolina can’t decide on HC’s or QB’s, let alone pull it together at Lumen Field. Take the Seahawks 28-22 in a comfortable win.

Kansas City Chiefs(-9) @ Denver Broncos It seems to be clear that the chemistry between QB Darren Wilson and the Denver Broncos is not gelling. Meanwhile, QB Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs are rolling along, and waiting for the playoffs. The Chiefs will avoid the Broncos like a traffic pylon to win 28-19.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

New England Patriots(-1.5) @ Arizona Cardinals What happened to the Cardinals this year, they looked like a guaranteed Wild Card, now they are facing a quick elimination? The Patriots seem to be stalling on offense, but I will count on Bill Belichick to pull of a 22-17 win for the Pat’s.
